- Why KAIST Executive Education?

KAIST Executive Programs are focused on helping senior executives obtain practical and cutting-edge knowledge, gain exposure to current innovations and to learn new ways of strategic thinking for their successful businesses. All KAIST Business School executive-level programs are developed in consideration of the Korean perspective on the global business environment. They include new management theories, current business issues, international and Korea-specific casework. Currently KAIST Business School runs one degree program, Executive MBA, five open enrollment programs and two different types of company-specific customized programs. The executive education programs of KAIST Business School represent the most highly qualified executive education available in Korea.

KAIST Graduate School of Management created the Executive MBA Program in October 2003 to satisfy the needs of Korean companies to develop their core managers into capable CEOs of the future. The students who finish this program have the strategic management foresight necessary to lead and manage their organizations as creative CEOs in a global business environment. Thus, each student has to take more than 48 credits, and participate in overseas field studies at related foreign universities and businesses.
