Despite Trump's decision to pull out of the Paris Accord, the world is putting great effort into environmental issues. In particular, people's interest in solar and wind energy continues to growm and in some contries, environmental tax issues are also being addressed.
The fisrt article is about the solar industry, which was not so welcomes until 2016, once again attracted attention due to the cost drop in technology development. The secoind article is about the T-charge in London. They have decided to impose taxes on old, polluting vehicles in the future for polluting the air in London. London's air pollution problem is becoming more serious as it exceeds the World Health Organization's(WHO) guidelines for toxic PM2.5 particles.
